In a bid to replace the cancelled Christmas Fair, Salisbury City Council is offering to hire the area in front of the War Memorial on the Guildhall Square for hire over the festive period.
Applications are being requested with preference being given to local businesses and they are looking to encourage business recovery and entrepreneurship within the City.
This space has previously been used by The City Garden over the summer which was run by Dave and Aimee Hancock who also run Tinga, Caboose and The Deacons Arms.
No live music will be permitted due to current Coronavirus advice, but few other restrictions exist and are not limited to just food or drink outlets.
The space can be rented for individual dates, or for an extended period.
