Tomorrow night The Winchester Gate is set to host a jam-packed evening of laughs as part of their monthly comedy nights. Performed in their fully covered outdoor theatre tent, this is a fun and unique venue to kick back and enjoy a good old laugh.

Headlining the evening is Former BBC Radio One host Tom Deacon. Tom has performed on many successful shows and at festivals across the world and has even been on our screens on BBC2’s The Rob Brydon Show, Dave’s One Night Stand, and ITV2’s Fake Reaction. Described by the Guardian as “A mighty fine comic”.

Warming the evening up is the fabulous Joe Wells – a three-time Guide Awards winner for best comedy, Joe has made a name for himself as a razor-sharp comedian with a unique take on life. As seen on BBC2’s Ouch!, Dave’s Guide to Life, and as tour support for Frankie Boyle.

Eva Bindeman – a fresh face on the South West comedy scene bringing a warm, conversational humour to her stand-up with a twist of the unexpected.

Jake Young – a promising newer act, with a wealth of quick one-liners, observations, and stories. Most notably, audiences always enjoy his tales about his ‘larger than life’ family and life as an identical twin.
